Wine Not Kick up your Rose?

​SUMMER BREEZE COCKTAIL

Yes! Summer is officially here so it's time to break out your cool cocktail masterpieces.  Whether it's a casual outdoor BBQ or a just a relaxing afternoon,  cocktails made with rose are both light and refreshing. You can adjust the sweetness based on your preference but just add a little simple syrup to start and go from there.

This drink is easy to make as a pitcher if you have a get together, so let's get your muddle on!

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup simple syrup
• 1/2 cups packed mint leaves
• 6 limes, cut into wedges
• 1 cup white rum
• 2 cups soda water
• 1 (750 ml) bottle Rosé wine  #makeitorigin
• 10 strawberries, sliced, optional
• Mint leaves for garnish, optional

Servings: 8, One Pitcher

Directions

Muddle white rum, limes and mint leaves to release the flavours. Then add other ingredients and stir as the simple syrup tends to sink. Top with strawberries and serve over ice!
