To oak or not to oak? That is the question. Well we did both and then after much deliberation decided they were best together. This is our big white wine made to pair with food.
Tasting Notes:
With notable characteristics of French oak aging this wine shows notes of nuts, butter and vanilla. It has a bold yet elegant mouthfeel and a medium body.
