We combined intentional barrel fermentation with stainless steel aging. This approach builds a rich, silky palate featuring notes of nectarine, Meyer lemon, and a subtle peaches-and-cream finish. This process adds incredible depth and texture while fully maintaining the bright freshness and balance of the fruit.
