Poplar Grove Cheese
Your choice of Okanagan Double Cream Camembert, Naramata Bench Blue or Tiger Blue Cheese.

TASTING NOTES
Double Cream Camembert - A creamy, luscious cheese with notes of white truffles. These soft cheeses are hand flipped twice a week to ensure an even growth of its characteristic lovely white coat.
Naramata Bench Blue - A creamy, milder blue cheese. It has a hint of salt, and becomes slightly runny with age. The Naramata bench blue is aged for three weeks, and enjoyed best after 6-8 weeks.
Tiger Blue - A rich blue veined cheese with a nice bite. Definitely a favourite with the blue cheese crowd. Our Tiger Blue's intense flavour is developed from the blue veining found throughout the cheese.
