What is there to do? You can visit the tasting room for tastings or sales. We also encourage you to plan for a light meal where you can take a bottle of wine and a picnic basket of food and soak up the view in our picnic area. We offer a relaxing atmosphere with music and games for you and even the kids to enjoy.
What are the seating options? You can sit at picnic tables, adirondack chairs or lay out a blanket and make it a true picnic!
Where are your grapes grown? We have two vineyards. One is in Kaleden, about 5 minutes south of Penticton on the west side of Skaha Lake. This is a beautiful location for cooler climate grapes. There is also a vineyard at the winery which is a much hotter growing site. This give us the opportunity to grow bigger reds in that spot.
Do you use sulphites in your wine? Yes, sulphites play a very important role in protecting wine from bacteria growth and oxidation. However, it can be overdone so we strive to keep our sulphite additions to a minimum.
How long have you been open? Our first season at the tasting room was 2017, but we have been making wine since 2015. Aside from personal experimentation which started in 2011.
